HB 380, 41st R.S.
Relating to providing that any person buying or receiving for resale any used or second-hand part of an automobile, or any used or second-hand portion of any attachment, fastening or other appurtenances or any other part attached to such vehicle which is necessary in the use or operation thereof, shall require of the seller or person delivering same, a bill of sale.
