HB 431, 41st R.S.
Relating to providing that where parties to a controversy involving a sum less than twenty dollars desire they may by agreement, in writing, submit the controversy to any Justice of the Peace of the County where either party may reside; providing that it shall be the duty of the Justice of the Peace to arbitrate such controversy; providing that no officer shall be entitled to any fees for services rendered; providing that such arbitration shall be final.
