Relating to changing and prescribing the terms and time for holding district courts of the 32nd Judicial District of the State, composed of Nolan, Scurry, Mitchell, Howard and Borden Counties, giving additional time to Howard County, and to conform all writs and process from such courts to such changes and to make all writs and process issued or served before this Act takes effect.
