Relating to making it unlawful for any teacher or other instructor in any educational institution of the state supported from public funds to teach as a fact that mankind evolved from a lower order of animals or that the Genesis account of creation is not true; making it unlawful to select textbooks for such institutions to adopt that teach evolution as a fact; providing a penalty.
