HB 113, 41st 5th C.S.
Relating to providing that no injunction shall be granted to stay or prevent the vacating, abandonment or closing by the City Council or governing body of any incorporated City of this State of any such street or alley in any such city, except at the suit of the owner or lessee of real property actually abutting that part of such street.
