HB 423, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing and permitting local mutual aid associations to operate in the State of Texas and write business in territory embraced within one county, or to a territory embraced within a radius of one hundred (100) miles of the city or town of the association, including counties traversed by said radius or to all the counties adjoining that in which the home office is situated or where the home office of an association is located within less than one hundred (100) miles of border line of the State to a limited number of connecting counties whose total area does not exceed that allowed under the law to any other local mutual aid association of Texas.
