HB 467, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that no insurance company shall hereafter be permitted to insure any property within the State of Texas in excess of its reasonable market value, and providing further, that the amount of insurance stipulated in such policy of insurance will be conclusively presumed to be the reasonable market value.
