HB 570, 43rd R.S.
Relating to establishing the office of county school superintendent, and providing that the commissioners court of each county, which has three thousand scholastic population or more, as shown by the preceding scholastic census, shall, at the next general election after 1934, and likewise each four years thereafter, provide for the election of a county school superintendent, to serve for a term of four years.
