HB 621, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that the president of the University of Texas, the president of A. & M. college, and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction shall be the State Board of Vocational Education, with necessary authority and power to cooperate with the Federal Board of Vocational Education, as provided and required by an Act of Congress of the United States of America, approved February 23, 1917; and repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
