Relating to providing for license for distributors of marine or aquatic products, either wholesale or retail, in which any vehicle is sued for the purpose of taking orders, delivering or selling from said vehicle, providing how all licenses required under this Act shall be procured, how same shall be issued, and expiration date for same; providing for the disposal of all funds collected under the provisions of this Act, and defining how said sums may be used.
