HB 713, 43rd R.S.
Relating to permitting residents of the counties in the State of Arkansas, which border upon the State of Texas, to hunt in the Counties of Cass and Bowie, in the State of Texas, upon the same terms and upon payment of the same license fees as those requried of residents of the State of Texas, for hunting in other counties of the State than the counties in which they reside; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act.
