Relating to providing that the pugilistic encounters prohibited in certain statutes shall not apply to boxing contests which may be held under the auspices of colleges, clubs, voluntary associations and organizations which are not organized for profit or pecuniary gain, where the participants in such contests do not receive any cash remuneration for participating therein.
