SB 176, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that on or before the date of the expiration of compensation policy the Association shall give notice of such expiration to the Industrial Accident Commission and from and after such notice by either the subscriber or Association, all employees of the subscriber shall be conclusively presumed to have notice of the fact that the employer has ceased to be a subscriber.
