Relating to amending certain statute relating to the issue of an injunction prohibiting subsurface drilling or mining operations so as to provide protection against an unnecessary number of wells, wasteful, uneconomical and unscientific exploitation of the same field, pool, stratum or strats, or any part thereof, to the damage and injury of value or values of any person or persons having rights and interest therein, whether on adjoining land or not.
