SB 298, 43rd R.S.
Relating to preventing any State employee, agent or representative, of any State department, bureau, board or commission, educational, eleemosynary or penal institution or court, having or holding any financial interest, directly or indirectly in any business of any kind or character, any boarding house, rooming house, restaurant, cafe, hotel, cafeteria, agricultural, horticultural, poultry, livestock or other similar business patronized by the State of Texas, by students enrolled in State educational institutions, by inmates in state eleemosynary or penal institutions, by faculty members and/or other employees of educational, eleemosynary and/or penal institutions or State departments wherever located; providing for removal of offenders of this Act.
