Relating to making more adequate provision for the giving of surety bonds in connection with all contracts with the State of Texas, or any of its counties, school districts, or other subdivisions of the State, or any municipality therein, or any incorporated body politic of the State of Texas, for the construction or repair of any public building or the prosecution and completion of any public work.
