SB 366, 43rd R.S.
Relating to making it a penal offense for any person, agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation to break, remove or destroy any metal seal or any other seal, regardless of its kind of character, which has been placed upon any part of any oil and/or gas well, pipeline, loading rack, storage tank, refinery, or any connections thereto, by the Railroad Commission of Texas, through its duly authorized agents and employees, shall be guilty of a criminal offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in the sum of not less than Twenty-five (25) Dollars, nor more than One Hundred (100) Dollars, or by confinement in the county jail for not less than thirty days, nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
