SB 367, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that any person or any agent, employee or representative of any person, firm or corporation operating any oil well or wells in any oil field or pool in the State of Texas where the production of oil from the same or prorated or apportioned among the producing wells therein or is adjusted to prevent waste in accordance with any rule, regulation or order of the Railroad Commisison of Texas entered pursuant to the provisions of any law of Texas, who shall knowingly permit any well or wells to produce more oil than is authorized by such rule, regulation or order by said Commission.
