SB 384, 43rd R.S.
Relating to permitting the following persons, their heirs or assigns to sue the state of Texas, or join the State of Texas as a party defendant, int he following cases now pending in the district court of Polk County, Texas, styled J. W. Sessions vs. National Surety Company, et al, and C. B. Fairchild vs. National Surety Company, et al., providing said suit may be filed or the State of Texas may be joined party defendant in said cases, within two years from the effective date of this Act, and further providing that the State may be served by service upon the Attorney General of the State of Texas.
