SB 401, 43rd R.S.
Relating to prohibiting individuals, not otherwise expressly permitted by statute, to engage in the business of insuring others against insurable losses, providing that the Board of Insurance Commissioners shall be satisfied that any insurance carrier applying for a certificate of authority has in all respects complied with the laws of this State.
