SB 417, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that the notes, bonds, or other obligations or evidences of indebtedness of any person, firm or corporation holding mortgages or other liens on Texas real estate, may be tendered and shall be accepted in payment and satisfaction in whole or in part of the principal or interest due or to become due on such indebtedness.
