SB 446, 43rd R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful for any person to produce any crude petroleum within the State of Texas from any well or wells in excess of the amount of production allowed by the rules, regulations, and orders of the Railroad Commission of Texas made and promulgated in pursuance of any law of this State and imposing a penalty in addition to any penalty provided under any other law of this State in an amount equal to fifty (50c) cents for each and every barrel of unlawful oil produced, and giving the State a lien on all of such unlawful oil, said lien to attach as and when the same is produced.
