Relating to authorizing the Texas Prison Board to exchange by proper deeds of conveyance 1.39 acres of land belonging to the State of Texas, a part of the Texas Prison System, situated in Brazoria County, Texas, for a 1.11 acre tract belonging to Mrs. Kate Palmer, a femme sole, also situated in Brazoria County, Texas, and adjoining lands belonging to the State of Texas.
