Relating to providing that official ballots for primary elections shall have no symbol or device or any printed matter, except a uniform primary test, stating the test and to be signed by the voter offering to vote the ballot, and providing that any ballot which shall not contain such printed test above the names of the candidates on said ballot, and signed by the voter shall not be counted.
