HB 126, 43rd 1st C.S.
Relating to establishing the office of county superintendent of public instruction, and providing that the commissioners court of every county which has three thousand (3,000) scholastic population or more, as shown by the preceding scholastic census, shall, at the next general election after 1934, and likewise each four years thereafter, provide for the election of a county superintendent of public instruction to serve for a term of four (4) years.
