Relating to creating a closed season upon wild deer, buck, doe, fawn, wild turkey or pheasant for a period of five (5) years in the County of Erath, State of Texas, making it unlawful for any person to hunt, trap, ensnare, kill or attempt to kill by any means whatsoever, any wild deer, buck, doe, fawn, wild turkey or pheasant for a period of five (5) years; providing a penalty.
