SB 43, 43rd 1st C.S.
Relating to fixing the maximum compensation which may be paid the chief deputy to the sheriff, county clerk, district clerk, tax assessor and tax collector in counties with a population of over 250,000 inhabitants according to the last United States census and any subsequent Federal census; providing that this Act shall become effective on and after January 1, 1934.
