HB 118, 43rd 2nd C.S.
Relating to regulating the conducting in public competition for prizes, awards, or admission fees, any personal, physical, or mental endurance contests; declaring that any house, structure, building,place, or open air space that is being used for purposes in violation of the provisions of this Act is declared to be a nuisance; prescribing the character of judgment that shall be entered against the continuation of such nuisance.
