HB 139, 43rd 2nd C.S.
Relating to releasing penalties and interest accrued or that may accrue on all franchise taxes that may be due or to become due under the provisions of certain statutes for the years 1928 to 1933, inclusive, and releasing any penalties or interest accrued or that may accrue for failure to file reports for said years under certain statute, provided that said franchise taxes are paid and reports filed on or before six (6) months after the effective date of this act.
