Relating to defining "warehousemen" and "warehouse," names and words associated therewith; and providing for licensing and bonding of same, and the manner of securing license and bond and exempting certain warehouses; prescribing for forfeitures and penalties for violation of provisions of this Act; making failure to obey law a penal offense and fixing punishment therefor.
