Relating to granting to the Houston Yacht Club, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest of the State of Texas to certain land under the waters of Galveston Bay, for tharbor purposes, and the for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, using, and operating wharves, docks, slips, piers, breakwaters, and other improvements and harbor facilities, for a term of fifty years, and so longthereafter as the same may be used and maintained as a harbor.
