SB 16, 43rd 2nd C.S.

Relating to ratifying, confirming and validating deliveries of road bonds heretofore made by counties wherein the counties have lawfully delivered bonds to the purchasers thereof and have thereafter permitted the exchange of said bonds for other bonds of the same issues then remaining unsold and held by said counties, repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
