Relating to providing a more efficient system for the appointment of deputy district clerks serving in counties of more than 355,000 population, in which counties there are more than one district court, including criminal district courts, by providing that the clerk of the district court may appoint a deputy for each district court or criminal district court in his county when directed so to do by the Judge of any such court.
