Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas, to pay the contingent expenses of the Third Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature of the State of Texas, and any other amounts and any other expense unpaid by the Second Called Session of the Legislature; providing how accounts may be approved.
