Relating to providing for a jury wheel, and the selection of juries and drawing of venires by means thereof in all counties having a population of at least forty-five thousand or having therein a city containing a population of at least twenty thousand, as shown by the preceding Federal Census; and providing for penalties for the violation of any provision of this Act.
