Relating to appropriating the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary out of any moneys in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated to pay the mileage and per diem of members and to pay the salaries and per diem of officers and employees of the Fourth Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature of the State of Texas.
