HB 147, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Statute of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas; providing in cases of annexation of territory to a city, that only property owning, taxpaying, qualified voters who had the right to vote for members of the State Legislature of any territory adjoining the limits of said city shall have the right to vote in said cases of annexation.
