Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that counties, cities and towns shall collect an occupation tax on individuals, companies, corporations, or associations owning, operating, managing, or controlling any gas, electric light, electric power, or water works, or water or light plants equal to one-half the occupation tax now levied by the State, or which may hereafter be levied by the State.
