Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that officials in lunacy cases shall be allowed the same fees as are now allowed for similar services performed in misdemeanor cases and fixing the compensation of jurors in said cases at $1.00 and the County Attorney's fee at $5.00 to be paid out of the estate of the defendant, if there is an estate, otherwise by the County on accounts approved by the County Judge.
