HB 20, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Act; providing that all lands sold under the terms of said Act, including those sold under the preference rights give in said Act, shall be sold with reservations to the State of all minerals contained in said lands at a minimum price of Two Dollars ($2.00) per acre.
