Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing a method for the trial of civil causes upon special issues of facts submitted to the jury, and requiring the trial judge to submit such cause upon a general charge unless all parties agree for the cause to be submitted on special issues.
