Relating to amending certain Articles of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing for the filing of records in the Courts of Civil Appeals in the order received by the clerk of that court, for setting cases for submission, for notifying parties of the date of filing of the records, the date set for hearing, fixing the time and manner of filing brief.
