HB 300, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the Texas Penal Code; providing that any officer or member of a credit union organized under the laws of this State who embezzles or misapplies any money or funds belonging to such credit union shall be confined to the penitentiary not less than one (1) nor more than five (5) years.
