HB 405, 44th R.S.

Relating to providing for a closed season on the killing and possession of squirrels in the Counties of Brazos, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson, and San Jacinto, from the 1st day of January of each year through and including the 15th day of May of each year, and during the months of August and September of each year; prescribing the penalties for the violation of any provision of this Act.
