Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; eliminating the standardized amount of the bond which publishing companies must furnish for the execution of their contracts, and giving the State Board of Education the authority to set the amount of bonds in proportion to the first, second, and/or third year purchases under each contract.
