HB 485, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Articles of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; providing that inquests in certain counties shall be held when a person dies and there has been no doctor in attendance available to sign a death certificate, making it unlawful for any person to remove the body of any person found dead under such circumstances as to lead to suspicion that such deceased came to his death by unlawful means, fixing the fees of Justices of the Peace holding inquests and providing that such fees shall not be an accountable fee of office.
