HB 54, 44th R.S.
Relating to providing any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or association of persons in this State entering into any contract of insurance issued or contracted which makes the resort to any kind or character or arbitration a condition precedent to the filing, prosecuting, or maintaining any suit thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction shall be void and of no effect.
