Relating to granting aid to the Martinsville Common School District of Nacogdoches County, Texas, being Common School District No. 16, for the purpose of enabling said school district to rebuild its schoolhouse destroyed by fire resulting in great public calamity to said school district, which is a farming area suffering greatly from drought.
