HB 605, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that all contracts stipulating for a rate of interest which exceeds, or may exceed, ten percent per annum only in the event of or by reason of default or breach on the part of the debtor, are and shall be valid and enforceable for the principal sum, together with earned interest, at the rate specified in the contract, and providing that no interest in excess of ten percent per annum may be recovered.
