HB 747, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 43rd Legislature (R.S.); reducing the minimum bond required from One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) to Five Hundred dollars ($500), and providing that for bonds not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), the Comptroller may accept a deposit of cash or the United States bonds as security in lieu of a surety company.
